The routine meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was held on this tenth of August, 2023. The meeting was chaired by HOA President Jones, with a quorum of homeowners in presence.
Upon the call to order, the record from the previous meeting were examined and approved with some amendments.
- Mr. Davis, gave a brief financial overview outlining the current situation of the homeowner association's funds.
- Multiple homeowners raised issues regarding upcoming developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed playground construction and parking maintenance.
- President Smith addressed the homeowner's queries, providing updates about the projects.
After the dialogue, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for October , at a later date.

Considered Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Homeowners Association is at this time reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed changes are designed to enhance the value of life for all residents while tackling ongoing concerns and encouraging a thriving community.
- Amongst the proposed amendments are regulations related to landscaping, noise ordinances, and automobile limits.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments thoroughly and submit their suggestions by August 15th.
- A community forum will be held on July 20th to examine the proposed amendments in greater detail.

Sherwood Lakes Garden Initiative
Our passionate community members are coming together to make Sherwood Lakes a more picturesque place to live. The Beautification Project aims to enhance the visual appeal of our community by adding trees, cleaning up public areas, and promoting a sense of ownership.

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, with voting taking place from noon to 8:00 PM at the Neighborhood Clubhouse.
A list of those vying for positions and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and placed in every mailbox by October 15th. For any questions or concerns regarding the election process, please send an email to the HOA. We look forward to a successful and transparent election!
Sherwood Lakes Safety Initiative for Sherwood Lakes Residents
Enhance the safety and security of our vibrant community with a dedicated Neighborhood Watch program. Via unitedly participating, residents can help deter crime, look out one another's belongings, and foster a more secure sense of community. Sessions will be held regularly to share information.
